Bear Com is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations in the Field Service Department and manage a technician team across multiple customer sites. You will coordinate with customers, product vendors and senior management to ensure high‑quality service delivery and timely installations.
You’ll plan installation and repair tasks, lead FATP tests, and help prepare quotes and schedules for field work.
