Shower & Bath Installer

As a Shower & Bath Installer, you will join an award‑winning Bath Experts team that delivers a best‑in‑class bath remodel experience to our customers. Our installers enjoy W2 employment and are provided with all the tools and training needed to advance their careers.

• Compensation: Earn $75k–$110k annually with career growth opportunities.
• Training: Paid, on‑the‑job training through our Installation Training program to become a lead installer.
• Tools Provided: All necessary tools, equipment, and materials (including PPE and company clothing).

• Install bath systems in 1–2 days using carpentry, plumbing, and construction trade skills.
• Install all showers with Jacuzzi branded panel systems—no tile required.
• Respect homeowners’ property by maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to installation standards while performing service requests.

• Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and related equipment.
• Ability to handle a physical workload and consistently lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate measurement skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
