We’re searching for an experienced Licensed Residential Plumber to become one of our Founding Lead Technicians and help establish the standards that will define our plumbing division for years to come.

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
• Service water heaters, fixtures, piping, drain systems, sewer lines, sump pumps, and water supply systems
• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and replacements in compliance with Ohio plumbing codes
• Troubleshoot residential plumbing issues and clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, quality workmanship, and honest communication
• Help establish field standards, best practices, and operational procedures for our growing plumbing division
• Partner with company leadership to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Valid Ohio OCILB Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master), or actively pursuing licensure—we're willing to support the right candidate
• Minimum of five years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in older homes and performing service upgrades preferred
• Thorough knowledge of residential plumbing systems and Ohio plumbing codes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
