Signarama Cleveland is searching for a Lead Sign Installer.
We want to talk to skilled carpenters or well‑rounded construction professionals who take pride in their craft and are ready to apply their skills in a growing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing- Installing monument signs, channel letters, cabinets and dimensional letters
- Structural mounting to masonry, steel, and wood framing
- Concrete footing and post setting
- Operating bucket trucks, lifts, skid steers, and jobsite equipment
- Reading blueprints and site plans
- Wiring and connecting illuminated signage (electrical experience strongly desired)
- Leading and mentoring crew members
- Representing our company professionally on job sites
- 10+ years of construction or carpentry experience
- Strong working knowledge of all hand and power tools
- Comfortable operating heavy equipment
- Electrical experience preferred (120V/240V, basic wiring, conduit helpful)
- Ability to problem‑solve independently
- Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
- Leadership mindset
