Mobile HVAC Technician
Our client, a leader in facilities management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support team, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of multiple sites across NE Ohio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Location:
Cleveland, OH
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related mechanical systems across multiple facilities.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Travel between approximately 25 sites in Akron, OH, and Cleveland, OH, to support facility operations.
- Monitor and record system readings, making adjustments to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, including hazardous material handling and workplace safety protocols.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required;
Universal Certification preferred. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between multiple sites.
