Responsibilities
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA certification required)
- Electrical repairs
- Plumbing repairs
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Carpentry and general maintenance
- Assist with unit turns andmake‑readypreparation
- Maintain community grounds,common areas, and amenities
- Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
Requirements
- EPA or HVAC certification required
- Previousapartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Reliable, punctual, anddetail‑oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
