Electrician

Plant Electrician – Cenveo – Cleveland, OH

Multiple shifts available (shift assignments may vary based on operational needs/availability).

Cenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced industrial electricians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Pay Rate $30 - $43 per hour depending on experience + applicable shift premiums
• 1st shift: 7:15 am - 3:30 pm (Mon
  - Fri)
• 2nd shift premium $1.25 per hour: 3:25 pm - 11:25 pm (Mon
  - Fri)
• 3rd shift premium $1.50 per hour: 11:20 pm - 7:20 am (Sun
  - Thu)
• Flexibility to train on any shift
• Overtime may be required during busy season or based on business needs
• Shift availability is subject to change

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic systems, wiring, motors, and controls.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, AC/DC drives (up to 480 VAC).
• Read electrical diagrams and modify/repair equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work.
• Support pneumatic/hydraulic repairs and basic machine-shop tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
• Other duties as assigned/required.

• Industry-related electrical experience required.
• 4+ years of electrical diagnostics experience (PLCs, drives, 480 VAC).
• Ability to read diagrams and perform complex electrical/mechanical work.
• Advanced troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work overtime or other shifts as needed.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 75-100 lbs.
• Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue.
• Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment.
