Mobile HVAC​/R Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay Rate: $38-40/hr

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, applying technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to perform call‑in work as required.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems.
• Strong understanding of system design, applications, and safety protocols.
