What They’re Looking For

• Project management experience with either a general contractor or specialty subcontractor
• Experience with commercial carpentry, interiors, drywall, framing, ceilings, or related scopes is preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and change-order management
• Confident communicator who can build relationships with clients and field teams
• Collaborative and accountable approach with an appreciation for quality craftsmanship
