As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering expert service and repairs while providing homeowners with an outstanding customer experience.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service to ensure optimal system performance.
- Identify equipment issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions.
- Complete all work in compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
- Clearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every service call.

Qualifications What You Need- 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
