Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.;
Ensure all equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient, safe manner, minimizing downtime through proactive repairs and record-keeping.;
Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.;
Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment related to HVAC and refrigeration systems, demonstrating technical proficiency.;
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for work order management and update work status in real-time.
