Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to support The Triangle Towers and Case Western Reserve University. You will assist in facility maintenance, renovation and repairs across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and general trades.
The role requires 24/7 on-call coverage and a proactive, student-focused service approach. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma/GED, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, and proficiency with hand and power tools.
