Sun Power is seeking an experienced Solar Crew Lead to oversee residential solar installations. You will guide a 2–4 installer crew, ensure safety, uphold quality, and meet project deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires PV system knowledge, OSHA-compliant practices, and the ability to explain work to customers. Some travel to local job sites and occasional weekend/evening work may be required.
