Rock The House in Cleveland seeks an on-site Technician to diagnose and repair audio, lighting, video gear, and arcade machines used at live events. You will triage in-house repairs, decide when to ship gear out, and keep equipment event-ready for rapid deployment.
We value practical judgment, meticulous logs, and the ability to train others on repeatable repairs. You’ll manage parts inventory, QC tasks, and participate in the Emergency On-Call rotation as needed.
