Traveling Field Supervisor

Phoenix Corporation is hiring an experienced, hands-on Field Supervisor to lead mechanical field crews on industrial installation, service, and repair projects across the United States.

This role is for a strong mechanical leader who can manage people, solve problems in the field, keep jobs moving, and represent the company professionally with customers. Experience with conveyors, material-handling systems, millwright work, packaging equipment, or industrial mechanical systems is strongly preferred.

• Lead and coordinate traveling field technicians.
• Manage job progress, quality, safety, and daily workflow.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide hands-on support.
• Communicate with customers and Phoenix operations leadership.
• Coach technicians and help improve field performance.

• 5+ years of field mechanical, millwright, conveyor, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Previous experience leading technicians or field crews.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide on a full-time basis.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass required pre-employment screening.
