HVAC Service Tech

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech to join our Construction industry team in Memphis. In this field-based role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, delivering safe, high-quality work and excellent customer service. You'll perform tune-ups, replacements, and emergency calls while following strict safety and code standards. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
• Install replacement parts and equipment as needed
• Follow all safety, code, and company standards on every job
• Communicate findings, options, and estimates clearly to customers
• Complete accurate service tickets and documentation via mobile tools
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good condition
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours service
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet service SLAs
• Promote maintenance agreements and additional services when appropriate
