Forklift Mechanic

We are looking for career-oriented individuals in Cleveland to become an integral part of our Dealerships team as a Shop Forklift Technician.

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining forklifts and other material-handling equipment in our well-equipped shop environment. Equipment may include lift trucks, aerial equipment, pallet jacks, counterbalance forklifts, and small industrial machinery.

Experience working on electric, propane, and diesel-powered equipment is preferred. Candidates with strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and AC drive systems will be given preference.

Qualifications2+ years of experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing forklifts and/or aerial equipment

Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic and electrical systems preferred

Experience using diagnostic software to troubleshoot equipment faults

Strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities

Good communication skills and professionalism

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented shop environment

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits Up to $35.00/hour to start, based on experience
