Commercial Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration Service Technician

Temperature Control Maintenance of Ohio is growing — and we’re building a commercial HVAC/R team focused on doing good work, taking care of our customers, and taking care of our people.

Our technicians work on a wide range of commercial and industrial equipment, including:

• Rooftop units
• Chillers
• Boilers
• Walk-in coolers & freezers
• Refrigeration systems
• Ice machines
• Heating & cooling systems

You’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service commercial HVAC/R equipment while working directly with customers and our dispatch/operations team. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform PMs, document your work, and help keep our customers’ businesses operating safely and efficiently.

• Commercial HVAC/R service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable with electrical and mechanical systems
• Able to read wiring diagrams and service manuals
• EPA certification or equivalent industry credentials
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to keep learning
• Able to travel throughout Northeast Ohio
