Journey Center for Safety and Healing, located in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a part-time Shelter Advocate to support residents in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The role includes 24-hour helpline duties, information/referrals, and ongoing case management within the Emergency Shelter.
The position requires a valid driver’s license and prefers a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, with experience assisting victims of trauma. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
