Front Line Service in Cleveland, OH is seeking a SSVF Case Manager to deliver outreach, engagement, and housing stabilization services to Veterans and their families at risk of homelessness.
You will work with Coordinated Intake, VA programs, and partner agencies, conducting home visits and facilitating access to benefits and income supports. This is a non-exempt, union position with a starting wage of $19 per hour.
