Front Line Service in Cleveland, OH is seeking a case manager to support homeless and formerly homeless young adults (18-24) under the Emergency Housing Services program. You will provide direct case management using the Transition in Place housing model to help clients exit shelters and achieve stability.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a social service field, knowledge of trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing, and a valid Ohio driver’s license.
