Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Front-End Developer for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH
. The ideal candidate will own end‑to‑end UI development and collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $56/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using React and Next.js.
- Implement clean, semantic HTML and maintain high standards of CSS architecture and styling.
- Build reusable UI components and ensure strong performance across modern browsers and devices.
- Integrate front‑end features with backend services by consuming REST APIs.
- Collaborate closely with designers to translate UX/UI guidelines into polished user experiences.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain front-end code to ensure reliability and long‑term scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of professional experience, including strong hands‑on front-end development work.
- Expert proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 as required by the client.
- Proven experience building responsive, scalable web applications and integrating REST APIs, per client expectations.

Pay Details$49.00 to $56.00 per hour
