Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET / Angular / AWS)
Location: Hybrid in Cleveland, OH (3 days/wk Onsite) – potentially open to Remote
Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire (through Brooksource)
OverviewOur client is building and enhancing a vendor‑facing web portal that supports external partners through modern, scalable applications. This role sits in the middle of active development—adding new features, improving existing functionality, and helping shape the long‑term direction of the platform.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative engineering team using a modern full‑stack architecture with .NET on the backend, Angular 21 on the frontend, and AWS hosting the infrastructure

This is a great opportunity for a mid‑level engineer who enjoys building real‑world applications, working across the stack, and contributing to systems used by external customers and vendors.
What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and enhance vendor‑facing web applications
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET (C#)
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features
- Participate in code reviews
, technical discussions, and solution design - Work within AWS‑hosted environments to support scalable and secure applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack
- Contribute to improving development standards, performance, and maintainability
- 3–6 years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with .NET / C# for backend development
- Hands‑on experience with Angular (v15+ preferred, Angular 21 a plus)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or similar services)
- Solid understanding of
:
Object‑oriented programming;
Web application architecture; SQL and relational databases - Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Experience with vendor‑facing or customer‑facing portals
- Exposure to authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO, etc.)
- CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, or similar)
- Experience modernizing or enhancing existing applications
