Engineer, Python

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure Python applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third party services.
• Optimize performance of applications and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Implement data processing pipelines, automation scripts, and backend services as required.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture improvements.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and codebase.
• Stay current with emerging Python tools, libraries, and frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python (3.x).
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and web application development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/No
  
  SQL databases (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB).
• Strong knowledge of Git, version control, CI/CD tools, and agile development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 a year
