Overview

SynergisticIT is recruiting entry‑level software programmers, Java full‑stack developers, Python/Java developers, data analysts/data scientists, and machine learning engineers for full‑time positions with technology clients. All positions are open for all visa categories and U.S. citizens.

• Java Full‑Stack / Software Programmer
• Python/Java Developer
• Data Analyst / Data Scientist
• Machine Learning Engineer

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Highly motivated, self‑learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience with Java and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Project work demonstrating relevant skills.
• Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++, and software programming.
• Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Project work demonstrating relevant data science and machine learning skills.
• Highly motivated, self‑learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience with Java and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of statistics, SAS, Python, computer vision, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Natural Language Processing, text mining, Tableau, Power BI, and Tensor Flow.
