• Expertise in IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition product hands‑on implementation and production support.
• Minimum 4 years of IBM MDM experience.
• Expert in .NET and API.
• Hands‑on experience with IBM MDM Customization, including Extension Addition, Business Proxies, SDP Match Merge Rules, Event Manager, and Notification.
• Expert in Java JEE development background with RSA RAD Web Sphere MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, and WSDL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix.
• Nice to have experience in Banking/Insurance domain.

• Provide ongoing production support for the MDM AE environment, including troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to MDM AE such as data loading problems, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.
• Work closely with client and other teams such as development and database administration to resolve production-related issues and ensure seamless operation.
• Use ticketing systems to document and track production issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up and performing root‑cause analyses.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $80,420 to $106,050.

The base compensation range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including but not limited to geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business consideration, and internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.

Compensation (including bonuses, commissions, or other forms of incentive pay) is not considered earned, vested, or payable until it becomes due under the terms of applicable plans or agreements and is subject to Capgemini’s discretion, consistent with applicable laws.
