Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with Firco Soft expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
, and Firco Soft AML & Sanctions Screening solutions
. The candidate will play a key role in developing, customizing, and supporting financial crime compliance applications for enterprise banking clients.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  .
• Configure, customize, and support Firco Soft solutions for Sanctions Screening, AML, and Financial Crime Compliance
  .
• Develop integrations between Firco Soft applications and enterprise banking systems.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Compliance teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Customize Firco Soft workflows, screening rules, filtering logic, and alert processing.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop unit tests and support integration, regression, and system testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the SDLC.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices
  .
• Strong experience with Firco Soft implementation, customization, and support.
• Experience working on Sanctions Screening, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Watchlist Filtering, or Financial Crime Compliance solutions.
• Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DB2 databases.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
  .
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging (MT/MX) and payment processing.
• Experience integrating Firco Soft with core banking, payment, or transaction processing platforms.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  .
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Firco Soft certifications are an added advantage.
