• Expertise in IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition product with hands‑on implementation and production support; 4+ years of IBM MDM experience required.
• Expert in .NET and API development.
• Hands‑on experience with IBM MDM customization including extensions, business proxies, SDP, Match‑Merge rules, event manager, and notifications.
• Expert in Java JEE development with background in RSA RAD, Web Sphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP web services, XML, XSD, and WSDL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide ongoing production support for the MDM AE environment, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Analyze and resolve (fix) technical issues related to MDM AE such as data loading problems, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.
• Work closely with the client and other teams such as development and database administration to resolve production‑related issues and ensure seamless operation.
• Use ticketing systems to document and track production issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up and conducting root‑cause analyses.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
• Nice to have experience in the banking or insurance domain.
• Strong client collaboration and communication skills.
• Team management capabilities.
