Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Application Development Supervisor to lead our .NET development team in building and maintaining modern, high-quality web applications.

In this hands‑on leadership role, you will supervise a team of .NET developers, manage sprints using Azure Dev Ops, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and performant on‑prem, cloud‑based and Low‑Code applications. You will combine technical expertise with strong people leadership to drive team performance, foster collaboration, and deliver business value through agile practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of .NET developers (senior, mid‑level, junior)
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle for on‑prem, cloud‑hosted and Low‑Code applications
  • Manage agile sprints, backlogs, and ceremonies in Azure Dev Ops (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
  • Ensure high‑quality code delivery through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and adherence to best practices for on‑prem, cloud and Low‑Code environments
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions for on‑prem, cloud-based and Low‑Code applications
  • Oversee architecting and guiding the implementation of new features and enhancements
  • Monitor team velocity, remove blockers, and continuously improve development and deployment processes
  • Work with developers engaged in hands‑on coding to support critical deliverables or complex technical challenges
  • Enforce coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization
  • Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and technical training for the team
  • Perform other duties and work on special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • 7 1/2 years (90 months) of experience commensurate with job duties, including project management functions
  • Completion of undergraduate core coursework in computer science or equivalent coursework covering advanced‑level programming, logic‑based mathematics, database concepts, systems analysis & design, and basic data processing; plus additional 5 1/2 years experience
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes (Agile, Waterfall), version control methods, Microsoft Office, SQL, HTML/HTML5, JSON, MS Power Apps, networking, API integration
  • Proficiency in leadership skills, project management, software development/implementation, adaptability, critical thinking, innovation, motivation, and leading others
