We are hiring individuals interested in transitioning into programming through a paid 6‑month training program with Akkodis Academy
. This is a great opportunity for professionals from ANY field who want to build a long-term career in software development.
After the six months you will be hired in as a full time Mainframe Programmer
. THIS IS ONSITE IN CLEVELAND, OHIO

What You’ll Do

• Complete 6 months of online training in COBOL programming &
  mainframe technologies
• Work closely with mentors
• Gain hands-on skills in a high-demand technical area
• Transition into a full-time Programmer role after training

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (any major)
• 2–4 years of professional work experience
• Ability to work on-site in Cleveland

No prior programming experience required.
