Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using enterprise AI platforms.
- Build GenAI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop AI-based automation solutions using Python.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, summarization, and intent classification techniques.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, ITSM tools, and business data sources.
- Develop APIs and backend services to support AI workflows.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with customers to identify AI use cases and drive implementation from concept to production.
