The job is centered on efficient pickup and delivery with no-touch operations so time is spent driving instead of handling freight. Dispatch planning focuses on realistic transit times, appointment visibility, and reducing unnecessary downtime.

Weekly Pay - $1,420 to $1,580

A minimum pay safeguard is available in qualifying weeks based on dispatched loads and driver availability. Compensation can be set up as a mileage-based plan or a percentage-based plan, depending on experience and lane assignment. Pay details are confirmed prior to orientation so the CDL-A truck driver understands how earnings are calculated.

Equipment & Operations

A CDL A driver will operate late-model, automatic-transmission tractors from major manufacturers. Units are maintained on a routine service schedule to support uptime and reduce road interruptions. Most freight is scheduled to keep the work flowing through the week, and expectations are straightforward: communicate on exceptions, run safely, and protect service on appointments.

Qualifications

This opening requires a valid CDL and verifiable experience. A Class A CDL driver must have either 6 months of experience in the last 2 years or 12 months in the last 3 years. Safety history and work history are reviewed to ensure the role matches the driver's background.
