Job Overview
This position provides overall coordination to ensure all company goals are met for a particular operation(s) and client(s). The position is responsible for participating in contracting activities with Independent Contractors (ICs) that provide delivery equipment and transport products from clients’ locations to designated locations as requested by the customer. This is an entry level position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Monitor routes to ensure all are covered, IC check‑ins are completed and communicated to the customer, and routes run on time.
- Create routes per customer requirements and ensure ICs have accepted dispatch and provide delivery services; communicate changes to dispatch and ICs as needed.
- Monitor dispatch board to confirm customer‑requested delivery times are met.
- Communicate any delays or problems to the customer and dispatch department.
- Confirm ICs are providing services in the vehicle type requested by the customer.
- Ensure compliance with IC log‑in process and EC‑mobile.
- Work directly with ICs to resolve issues encountered while under dispatch.
- Arrange STAT coverage for customers as needed.
- Restructure routes as requested by the customer to ensure on‑time execution.
- Confirm ICs are delivering services in compliance with customer regulations.
- Assist with contracting of ICs as needed.
- Complete daily service reports as required by the customer.
- Create and process administrative reports and paperwork as directed.
- Follow up with ICs to keep paperwork up‑to‑date.
- Confirm ICs are displaying a uniform shirt with visible as required for security.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Proactive and resourceful; works effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Uses independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks or deadline‑driven demands.
- Maintains a valid driver’s license and a clean, functional vehicle.
- Builds and maintains meaningful business relationships with customers.
- Lifts up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Works overtime as necessary.
- College degree or high school diploma with equivalent education and experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Shift days:
Monday - Friday. - Shift hours: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred).
- Pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Dependent upon experience level).
- Travel:
On occasion up to 15%. - Benefits for full‑time positions: 401(K), health insurance, disability/life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays.
