CDL-A Drivers Get Home Weekly Earn 1600 to 2000+/WK (Full Time)

Class A drivers are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly.

• Drivers will pick up loads at DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded.
• Drivers will make between 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver, who puts boxes that weigh between 1-35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
• When the driver takes their 34-hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
• Orientation will take place in Dayton, generally about 2 days. The company pays for transportation, hotel and meals, and you are paid $85/Day for orientation.
• After training for 3-5 days (paid at $210/Day) the driver can have their pet and rider with them from the first day after training.
• Full benefits will start after 60 days and will include:

• Drivers must be 21 years old and have six months of verifiable Class A experience in the last year or one year verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years.
• CDL must be in the state of the applicant's current residence at the time of application.
• Must not have had more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have up to two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years, except the following, which cannot be present in the last three years:
  • Any major traffic violation
  • Preventable rear-end collision
  • No rollovers
• Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Company uses the verification provided by the employer.
• You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle:
  • Traffic ticket 15+
  • Reckless driving
  • Following too closely
  • Texting or using a handheld device
• These personal vehicle violations do not disqualify you if they have not occurred in a commercial vehicle.
