As a Non CDL Truck Driver at our Cleveland facility, you will be responsible for safely operating 26ft (or longer) box trucks to transport goods over designated routes. This regional driver position requires deliveries to restaurants within the region and may involve one (1) to two (2) overnight nights as the route dictates.

• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition and promptly report any maintenance issues to management.
• Safely load and unload goods using proper lifting techniques, ensuring that cargo is securely stowed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods punctually and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries courteously.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and traffic laws, including compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) requirements.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and colleagues to coordinate deliveries and resolve any transit‑related issues.

Salary: $16 - $20 (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 6‑Day Work Week

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, with no more than four points on your license in the last two years and no at‑fault accidents within that period.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a box truck driver.
• Demonstrated knowledge of all local traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate safe driving skills.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team.
