Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

12 hour shift, Night shift; 6pm-6am

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Conduct pre‑operational inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Safely and efficiently move and distribute materials as required.
• Collaborate with team members on site to support project goals.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to meet project specifications.
• Adhere to environmental and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role.
• At least 1 year of heavy equipment operation experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for heavy equipment operation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening.
