CDL A Drivers

Position Overview

Class A Drivers get home every week earning $1500-$1610/WK on no-touch freight with full benefits. Drivers can bring a rider and a small dog from Day One.

Pay:
Starting at $.70 CPM on average + miles per week, starting weekly pay $1500-$1610/WK. Daily sign‑on bonus of $1650 paid over first six months. 40% of freight is drop and hook. $.13 of the $.70 CPM is non‑taxed per diem.

Benefits:
Full medical, dental, vision insurance start first of month after 60 days. 401K starts 90 days. One week paid vacation after one year, two weeks after two years.

Schedule:

Drivers must be available to drive Sundays and are not guaranteed weekends.

Orientation: 2-3 days, company pays transportation, hotel, food, with orientation pay of $200/day.

Vehicle:  Freightliner or International, trucks are automatic, forward‑facing campers, drivers can take trucks home.

• 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in last 12 months OR 12 months experience in last 24 months.
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years (one per vehicle type per year). May not have more than one moving violation in last 12 months in a CMV.
• No major moving violations in last 36 months; includes 15+, cell phone use, careless/reckless, following too closely, improper lane violation.
• No DOT preventable accidents in last 3 years.
• No more than 8 jobs in last 3 years.

Rider must be 12+ years old. Dog must be 50 lbs or less (small dog).
