Compensation:
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour.
MUST HAVE CDL AND PASSENGER B ENDORSEMENT.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday – 4:30AM – 1:00PM or 1:00PM – 9:00PM.

SummaryThe Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests to and/or from the hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices. The driver assists guests with luggage, maintains vehicle activity and maintenance logs, and upholds confidentiality and safety standards.
Essential Functions- Shuttle guests to approved pick‑up and destination points; must learn and remember routes and be familiar with property amenities and local attractions – 40%
- Communicate by telephone, two‑way radio, and in person in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner; greet guests within 30 seconds, use the guest’s last name, and maintain composure under pressure – 20%
- Operate a vehicle that seats sixteen people or more; inspect vehicle before each shift, monitor condition, record malfunctions, and submit reports to management – 20%
- Protect guest confidentiality per HIPAA requirements, secure client financial and identifying information, and provide assistance to guests with wheelchairs or other mobility aids – 20%

Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or General Education Development (GED).

Certifications:
Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement issued by the state where services are performed; must pass criminal background, motor vehicle records (MVR), and drug screen; must be at least 21 years old; maintain a valid driver’s license at all times; pass annual or semiannual MVR check; complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course; maintain current Medical Examiner’s Certificate;
keep DOT endorsements up to date and complete bi‑annual physicals as applicable. - Work Experience: At least three years of commercial driving experience or nine (9) years of driving experience as a licensed driver.
- Skills: Ability to read and write standard English, read and comprehend simple instructions and memos, write simple correspondence, present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings, perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with units of American money), understand 24‑hour and military time systems, and understand applicable rate calculations.
Perform duties while talking or hearing, sitting, standing, walking, running, handling objects, and using hands and arms extensively. May need to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, or 20 pounds constantly.
Most work is outdoors for the entire shift; employees may be exposed to extreme heat or cold. Protection from weather conditions may be provided.
Travel up to 5% of the time may be required.
