Job Summary

Transportation Supervisor / Driver – Cleveland, OH

Euclid Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring a full‑time Driver for two of our facilities (Euclid Beach and Mayfield Heights). The role focuses on transporting residents safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

• Drive a lift vehicle to transport residents to and from medical appointments, activities, and events.
• Complete vehicle pre‑inspections before each use.
• Monitor and conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.).
• Schedule resident appointments and maintain accurate logs.
• Assist in resident evacuation when necessary.
• Demonstrate dependability and regular attendance.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform physical tasks such as sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours.

• Must have an active STNA license.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a lift vehicle and transport residents safely.
• Proficiency in all competency areas, including patient rights, safety, and sanitation.
• Knowledge of practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing CCRC communities.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary or confidential information.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward residents.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
• Use reasoning skills and good judgment in decision‑making.
• Communicate and function productively on interdisciplinary teams.
