NAJ Dispatcher | NAJ Trucking

NAJ Trucking Inc. is a family‑owned company and is looking for a Dispatcher to work with our team in our Twinsburg, OH location.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining efficient communication between drivers and customers. This position requires strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and track truck locations, loads, and job site requirements.
• Maintain communication with drivers to provide updates, delays, or special instructions and relay delivery status to customers.
• Review driver assignments, delivery times, loads, and other transportation data to help NAJ Trucking and its drivers operate more efficiently.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Troubleshoot any logistical challenges that may occur during the transportation process.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, state, local, and company regulations.
• Engage in trip planning with drivers to ensure on time pickup and delivery, efficient routing, and HOS compliance.
• Perform data entry duties to accurately track and update all hauled loads in company software.
• Assist in load audits to solve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing of loads.

• Proven experience in dispatching or a related field, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and transportation management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Knowledge of FMCSA Hours of Service Regulations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers.

• Previous experience in Dispatching preferred.
