Cargo Technician

As a Cargo Technician at Sunbelt Rentals, you will be responsible for staging outgoing equipment orders, loading and unloading trucks, refueling equipment, ensuring the returned equipment area is organized, assisting customers with equipment loads, and maintaining a neat and organized yard space. Your duties will also include completing customer return tickets and performing other tasks as directed by the PCM.

• Stage outgoing equipment orders and truck loads as directed by dispatch
• Assist drivers with unloading and loading of equipment
• Assist drivers with equipment refueling
• Ensure returned equipment area is organized
• Assist in staging customer pick‑ups
• Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment
• Properly fill out customer return tickets
• Help maintain a neat and organized yard space in general
• Perform various other tasks as may be directed by the PCM

• Must be able to demonstrate adequate time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to work unusual and sometimes long hours
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds; bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel
• Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required

$17.75 – $21.57 per hour, subject to factors such as position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
