Location:

Cleveland, OH. Pay: $21.00/hour. Position:
Site Supervisor (Cleveland Hopkins International Airport).

• Provide support to the Site Manager by supervising site employees (Vehicle Service Agents, Drivers/Transporters, and Leads), managing performance, productivity, training, and scheduling in accordance with job standards and policies.
• Ensure consistent communication between the Site Manager, customers, and employees responsible for task execution.
• Maintain productivity standards and benchmarks at the assigned location; complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees; cover for the Site Manager on days off and perform tasks as directed.
• Cover drivers/transporters, leads, and VSAs when needed to fulfill customer needs; interact with customers and attend meetings as required.
• Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
• Monitor employees to ensure they stay on task and perform safely; observe and provide guidance based on adherence to standards and policies.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

• Minimum hiring age and a valid state-issued driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Prior driving experience required.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and driver safety skills test.
• Open availability, a strong work ethic, and dependability are preferred.

• Regularly sit; stand; walk; talk and hear.
• Move in and out of cars all day; walk in areas exceeding 100 yards multiple times daily.
• Stand for long periods; bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Use hands, fingers, and arms to grasp, reach, stretch, carry, or lift.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
