Logistics Customer Service Rep

Our client, a west side manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Repto join their team. As a Logistics CSR, you will be an integral part of the International Logistics team supporting operational efficiency and seamless import processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Rep

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay Range: $18-$19/hour

Shift: 7:30am-4pm (Seasonal)

• Assist in completing daily logistics tasks to support import shipments from overseas vendors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of shipments and documentation.
• Monitor emails and incoming documents to maintain response efficiency.
• Update tracking reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of duties.
• Communicate with international vendors to confirm pricing, quantities, and shipping details.

• Desire to work a seasonal position
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word; comfortable with data entry and filtering information.
• Excellent and accurate typing skills with strong written and spoken communication abilities.
• Understanding of logistics systems, preferably SL10 System, is helpful.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
