We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Cleveland, United States. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering packages to our valued customers in a timely manner.

- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to transport packages to designated locations
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and organization
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package delivery
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle maintenance issues to management
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the logistics team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong navigation abilities and familiarity with route planning tools
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing delivery records
- Physical stamina to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in delivery or professional driving preferred
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required depending on vehicle type
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying delivery demands
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and delivery management software
