Consistent miles, competitive pay, and a fast-paced port account waiting for you. This ICL Pennsylvania fleet pairs new CDL-A holders with an experienced driver so you can start hauling drop-and-hook freight right away.
No prior driving experience required. This fleet is designed to help new CDL-A holders get started

No CDL-A driving experience required. New CDL-A holders are paired with an experienced driver to start

Pull containers on chassis; no-touch, drop-and-hook freight

Deliveries from terminals in the Philadelphia, PA area to Ohio, Western New York, West Virginia, and Central-Western Pennsylvania

Home Time:
Weekly 34-hour reset on the weekend, sometimes during the week

Shifts run Sunday-Friday or Monday-Saturday to maximize miles

Mileage pay, Stop pay

Drivers who manage their hours well can expect roughly 2,100 miles per week

Driver Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 years of age or older

No prior driving experience required. This fleet is designed to help new CDL-A holders get started

Hazmat, Tanker endorsements, and TWIC card required to hire (company reimburses fees with receipts; drivers can start as long as they've applied for the TWIC card)

Must have a safe and legal place to park truck and container at home

Limited bobtail parking available for drivers who live close to the port
