Overview
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Cleveland Distribution Center located in Bedford Heights, OH.
Chick-fil-A Supply is a distribution service provider focused on serving the unique needs of Chick-fil-A restaurants. We are in the early stages of development in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on launching this new service to restaurants across the nation.
Schedule and LocationSchedule: Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM until the work is done. The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, with flexibility required during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
Location: 24200 Aurora Road, Bedford Heights, OH
Compensation and BenefitsPay: Starting at $20.00+ per hour
Benefits: On top of annual earnings, you will receive additional benefits valued at $22,000+ per year.

As a Warehouse Associate, you contribute to the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Unloading, staging, picking and loading products while on your feet - Safety First:
Safely operating machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks; maintaining a clean and safe warehouse - Communication and Care:

- Extreme temperatures:
Willingness to work in rotation through temperatures from –10F to 100F - Heavy lifting:
Able to reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case; occasional heavy moves up to 2,000 pounds with mechanical assistance - Education:
High School Diploma or GED - Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) to follow instructions, complete documentation, and interpret labels and scanner prompts
- Experience in warehouse/material handling is preferred but not required; experience in food distribution is a plus
