Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Hourly Pay: $19.00
Position SummaryResponsible for ensuring all warehouse functions are completed accurately and efficiently. Keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments, prepares items for shipment, and manages order fulfillment—meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in verifying shipments and maintaining proper documentation.
Shipping and Receiving- Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving documents and maintain related records.
- Verify counts and documents match; resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Collect, organize, and file outbound freight and receiving paperwork.
- Pick orders, apply proper labels and paperwork, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Schedule inbound/outbound freight with Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials/supplies.
- Identify and expedite backorders.
- Receive, verify, and stock UPS orders by product category.
- Recount incoming merchandise for accuracy.
- Use warehouse management system for catalog/merchandise identification and order fulfillment.
- Pick and stage customer orders for shipping/delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize items on pallets by hospital unit and repack/weigh as needed.
- Report equipment damage/malfunction; recharge batteries at end of shift.
- Support warehouse security and safety.
- Place incoming materials in designated areas.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse management systems and material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 2pm–10pm shift.
