Order Picker​/Packer

• Carefully review order sheets or digital pick lists to identify items required for each shipment
• Efficiently locate products within the warehouse using handheld scanners or manual methods
• Pick items with precision, ensuring the correct quantities and specifications are met
• Pack selected items securely, using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
• Label packages accurately with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and operational efficiency
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed to support smooth workflow
• Bailing cardboard
• Keeping work area clean

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand scanners or carts
• Pallet jack experience recommended; forklift experience/certification preferred
• Prior experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse operations is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
