OpportunityWe have a great opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate with Delivery Driver duties to join our team. You will ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assisting with general maintenance of the warehouse.
Schedule and CompensationShift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday‑Friday
Starting Rate: $20‑$22 per hour
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner. Orders range from a small box to pallets.
- Receive and store inventory safely and correctly.
- Perform cycle counts regularly.
- Record damaged or defective materials.
- Drive company truck(s) with great care, ensuring compliance with all prevailing traffic laws, speed limits, and safety protocol.
- Provide associates with possible solutions or appropriate contact information when problems arise, and report observations of customer opportunities and problems to the Warehouse Manager.
- Load and unload materials from trucks accurately, efficiently, and safely, utilizing proper body mechanics and equipment such as forklifts.
- Receive and check‑in deliveries, pick‑ups and returns to ensure product quality and quantity.
- Cut wire, rod, or strut safely using the appropriate equipment.
- Sweep floors, remove trash, and otherwise maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.
- Willingly operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, push carts, and rolling ladders.
- Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
- Ability to unload material at customer sites, including heavy and bulky items.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
- Basic problem‑solving skills and computer skills.
