Receiving Associate
Location:
Mayfield Village, OH 44143 Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday Base Pay + Shift Differential ($1.50 per hour)

WhatYou Will Do
- Receive inbound shipments from suppliers accurately and within 24 hours of arrival
- Document and file OS&D (Over, Short & Damaged) receipts and partner with procurement to file carrier/supplier claims
- Put away materials in the correct bin locations and verify accuracy in our warehouse management system
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost savings and process improvement opportunities
- Follow all Mars Electric safety procedures — every shift, every task
- High school diploma
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- ERP and MS office experience
- 1-3 years of progressive warehouse operations experience (or a relevant combination of education and experience)
- A strong aptitude for warehouse operations and a track record of safety, customer service, and efficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, stand, and reach throughout the day
- Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday.
